Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Mhow. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs, provide expert advice on product features, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals. The role requires effective communication and a customer-centric approach to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product guidance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (mattresses, curtains, carpets, etc.)
• Maintain product displays and store presentation
• Handle basic billing and order coordination
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Handle basic order coordination
• Freshers are welcome, however, prior experience in furnishing, textiles, or retail sales is appreciated
• Basic understanding of customer service
