Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Bengaluru. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for showcasing and selling Topee's hair systems, providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and conducting personalized consultations. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, offering expert product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The successful candidate will also contribute to meeting sales goals and maintaining store presentation.

• Knowledge & experiwnce in retail and personal care, and ability to communicate product advantages and details
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques, understanding the sales process, and meeting sales objectives
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Excellent customer service skills to provide professional, empathetic, and personalized assistance
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Proven experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing role is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in regional languages and English for effective communication is beneficial
