This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Nagpur. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining sales records, and ensuring product displays are organized and appealing. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding products.

• Knowledge and expertise in Product Knowledge and Retail Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a retail environment is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
