Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role based in Guwahati for a Retail Salesperson. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The Retail Salesperson will also be responsible for ensuring the store's visual and operational standards are maintained, including inventory management and merchandising tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of products and ability to provide detailed information to customers
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective engagement with customers
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
