Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson, based in Indore. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining knowledge of products and offerings, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include organizing and stocking displays, handling transactions, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to effectively explain features, benefits, and usage to customers
• Proven experience in Retail Sales and the ability to close sales efficiently
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs
• Basic understanding of Sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail setting
• Prior experience in a similar retail role is preferred but not mandatory
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
