Retail Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing products, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, and ensuring an inviting showroom environment that aligns with Studio Rivés brand values.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in Retail Sales and proficiency in driving customer engagement
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on creating personalized shopping experiences
• Thorough Product Knowledge, with a willingness to learn about Studio Rivés collections and philosophy
• Passion for design, furniture, or interior décor is highly desirable
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred
