Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time role based in New Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending semi-precious jewelry that aligns with their style and comfort needs. The role involves maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, updating inventory records, and supporting visual merchandising. The specialist will respond to customer inquiries in person and via digital channels, contribute to customer retention initiatives, and support brand promotions or events. Collaboration with the team to provide feedback on customer trends and assist in improving store operations is also part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales experience with an understanding of jewelry or fashion products and basic POS operations.
• Solid Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport and offer personalized recommendations.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for in-person and digital customer interactions.
• Good Product Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn features, materials, and styling options for semi-precious jewelry.
• Attention to detail, reliable time management, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or accessories is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort using basic digital tools (email, inventory systems, messaging platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
