This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist based in Gurgaon. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable solutions. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, demonstrating strong product knowledge, managing inquiries, and building lasting relationships with clients. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and achieving sales targets.

• Proven experience in Retail Sales and a solid understanding of product knowledge
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to genuinely connect with clients
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
