Summary : We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associate to join our sneaker store team. The role involves delivering an excellent in-store experience, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales while maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with sneaker selection, sizing, fit, and product features
- Share product knowledge including brands, styles, drops, and care instructions
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Manage stock handling, replenishment, and basic inventory checks
- Support store promotions, launches, and special events
