Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring the highest standards of service. As a Sales Associate, you will support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining store aesthetics, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about the products.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets as set by the Boutique Manager.
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Store Operations:
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining cleanliness and product displays.
- Assist in stock management, including inventory control and restocking shelves as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Boutique Manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights to enhance customer experience and sales
- performance.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with product features, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Attend product training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance team performance.
Sales Reporting:
- Accurately process transactions and maintain records of daily sales.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate degree is preferred.
