Salary:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹32,000 per month
• Attractive Monthly Incentives
• Top Performers can earn ₹35,000 - ₹40,000+ per month

Experience Required: 1-5 years in Retail Sales, Promoter Roles, or Customer-Facing Sales

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstration & Customer Engagement

• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Gabit Smart Rings to walk-in customers.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer fitness, wellness, and lifestyle goals.
• Create engaging product experiences that drive customer interest and conversions.

Sales Generation

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Identify customer needs and effectively position Gabit's smart wearable solutions.
• Promote product adoption through effective sales techniques and relationship building.

Brand Advocacy

• Act as the face of Gabit within assigned retail locations.
• Educate customers on topics such as fitness tracking, sleep monitoring, recovery, nutrition, and overall wellness.
• Build awareness and trust in the Gabit brand through positive customer interactions.

Learning & Development

• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in product training and sales development programs.
• Continuously enhance retail selling and customer engagement skills.
