Key Responsibilities
Distributor & Wholesaler Onboarding
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and wholesalers in key markets such as Unit-1, Unit-4, Malgodown (Cuttack), Jatni, Puri, and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong channel relationships to ensure consistent product availability.
Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned fixed monthly sales targets.
- Place products across General Trade (Kirana Stores), Supermarkets, and key retail outlets.
- Drive market penetration and brand visibility in assigned territories.
Order Management & Market Operations
- Take bulk orders from distributors and wholesalers.
- Coordinate stock movement and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure product availability and proper shelf placement at retail outlets.
Payment Collection & Commercial Discipline
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely payment collections from distributors and wholesalers.
- Track outstanding payments and maintain financial discipline.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Report directly to Owner, on a daily basis (same evening or next day) covering:
- Sales performance
- Stock and order status
- Payment updates
- Market and competitor feedback
