Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and well-groomed Senior Retail Sales Executive to represent our luxury furniture brand at our showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sale, exceptional customer-handling skills, and a proven ability to close high-value sales while delivering a premium in-store experience aligned with a luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage customers in a courteous, professional, and consultative manner.
• Present luxury furniture collections with in-depth knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, finishes, and customization options.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, materials, customization options, warranties, and pricing.
• Convert walk-ins into qualified leads and sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with potential buyers during longer decision making cycles.
• Ensure showroom presentation is maintained as per brand standards.
• Keep updated on product inventory, launches, offers, and design trends.
• Coordinate with visual merchandising/store teams to maintain an appealing display.
• Provide personalized furniture and interior solutions based on customer requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets through relationship building and upselling.
· Convert walk-ins, online leads, and referrals into successful sales opportunities.
· Conduct home visits/site consultations when required.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with luxury brand positioning.
• Handle billing, quotations, and order processing accurately using POS/ERP systems.
• Follow up on inquiries, deliveries, and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns professionally in coordination with service teams.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a premium customer experience.
• Participate in training programs on new collections, materials, and design trends.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Assist with sales reporting and inventory coordination.
Key Skills & Competencies :
· Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
· 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, luxury retail, interiors, real estate, or lifestyle products.
• Strong luxury retail sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Eye for aesthetics and design sensibility
• Ability to close high-ticket sales confidently
• Familiarity with POS/ERP systems
· Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools/MS Excel preferred.
