Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Officer located in Jaunpur. The Retail Sales Officer will assist customers with their purchases, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and support the daily sales operations of the store. Additional duties include lead generation, promoting channel sales, and executing an excellent standard of customer service to meet sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an exceptional in-store experience for customers.
- Experience with Sales Operations and Channel Sales to effectively manage retail sales processes and partnerships.
- Ability to execute Lead Generation activities to attract prospective customers and grow the customer base.
- Proficient in interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to sales and service challenges.
- Prior retail sales or jewelry sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or customer service-related fields is preferable.
