Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join as Retail Sales Officers. Candidates should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and an interest in jewellery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Explain gold, diamond and other jewellery collections to customers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and budget.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support upselling, cross-selling and promotional activities.
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock management, product tagging and billing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Freshers only
• Qualification: Diploma or Any Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional grooming and a presentable personality.
• Interest in retail sales and the jewellery industry.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Chennai or Coimbatore.
