Retail Sales Manager for Wine & Spirits store- 8 Club Street

Looking for someone who is friendly, independent and responsible to manage day-to-day operations and handle customer enquiries in a wine & spirit retail store.

Responsibilities:

Handling walk-in customers enquiries in a professional manner

Providing recommendations based on the customer's needs

Generating and closing sales

Managing and maintaining the store display, aware of the stock level

Responsible for store sales

Assist in generating a marketing campaign for the store.

Responsive during working hours

Communicate any challenges and issues faced during the operation

Requirement:

Experience and understanding about spirits & wines

Prior experience in wine and spirits retail will be an advantage

Able to communicate well in both English and Mandarin

The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Honest

WEST Cert or Whisky Cert will be a plus.

PACKAGE:

• Working hours: 11 am to 930pm, 5 days a week, breaks in between.
• Store sales commission when hit KPI
