A leading technology-driven broking and trading firm is looking to hire a Retail Sales Manager to accelerate its retail trading business. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise across equity cash, derivatives, cash margin funding, and Margin Trading Facility (MTF), along with a proven ability to scale high-volume retail trading operations.

Requirements:

• 610 years of experience in retail broking, equity & derivatives sales, or trading desk roles.
• Strong understanding of F&O, equity cash markets, margin systems, MTF, and cash margin funding operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage retail trading volumes and fast intraday environments.
• Leadership experience with sales or dealing teams in a performance-driven setup.
• Strong analytical skills, communication capability, and market awareness.
• NISM equity & derivatives certifications preferred.
