Role Description The Retail Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable watches from a diverse portfolio of brands. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product features, handling sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring stock is well organized. The Retail Sales Executive also responds to customer queries, provides after-sales support, and contributes to meeting store targets through proactive engagement and relationship building with new and returning customers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive store revenue and meet targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create positive, long-term customer interactions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear product explanations and professional customer engagement.
• Candidates should ideally have basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems to manage billing and inventory.
• Candidates should demonstrate a customer-centric attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in watch, jewelry, or lifestyle retail is an advantage, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
