Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing retail operations, engaging with customers to understand their needs, guiding them toward suitable products, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the team to implement effective retail strategies. The Retail Sales Executive will also educate customers about the brand's values, products, and ethical mission to drive engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to drive transactions and achieve targets
- Experience in Customer Service and resolving customer inquiries effectively
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to convey brand values and product features
- Proficient in Relationship Building to establish trust and long-term customer connections
- Self-motivated with a passion for sustainable and ethical businesses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to customer preferences
- Prior experience in retail or consumer-focused sales roles is advantageous
