Retail Sales Management:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective retail channel management.
Ensure proper stock levels and timely order placements with dealers and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to plan effective sales strategies.

Dealer & Retailer Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.
Resolve dealer issues related to supply, payment, or delivery.
Conduct regular visits to retail points to ensure brand visibility and engagement.

Market Development:

Identify and develop new retail outlets to expand market coverage.
Conduct promotional activities like dealer meets, mason meets, and customer engagement events.
Support brand awareness and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
Ensure timely delivery and follow-up for customer satisfaction.
