We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive with experience in the Tiles industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding tile selection, installation and maintenance
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions and inventory
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in retail sales within the Tiles/ Sanitary/ Furniture/ Interior/ Home Furnishing/ Lighting industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of tile installation and maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
