Retail Sales Executive

At StockRoom by The Fresh Factory, we're building more than a grocery store—we're creating a destination for clean, honest, and thoughtfully sourced food. We work with farmers, ethical producers, and conscious brands to bring the best ingredients to our community.

We're looking for a Retail Executive who is passionate about retail, customer experience, operations, and great food. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product recommendations and queries.
• Maintain shelf standards, merchandising, stock rotation, and product presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence across the store.
• Track sales, inventory movement, and key retail performance metrics.
• Assist in executing promotions, launches, and in-store activations.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in retail operations, grocery, FMCG, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Interest in food, wellness, clean ingredients, and conscious brands is a strong advantage.
