Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive role based in Faridabad. The Retail Sales Executive will greet and assist customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend suitable lighting solutions that align with Sketch Lighting's design-focused portfolio. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing display area. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. The Retail Sales Executive will also support promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and contribute to meeting sales targets while providing a high-quality, consultative buying experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with experience in showroom or store-based selling.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for engaging customers and collaborating with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of visual merchandising and comfort with explaining product features and technical details.
• Relevant experience in lighting, interior design, home décor, or premium retail environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, meet sales goals, use POS and basic computer applications, and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business, sales, or design-related fields is an advantage.
