Starting in 2006, we have manufactured in 6 countries - Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India and Myanmar. In just a few years, there are 50 stores across Japan, Taiwan and Singapore.
MOTHERHOUSE Singapore started in 2019, and we currently have stores at Takashimaya Shopping Centre and Suntec City.
We are gradually growing our brand presence in Singapore and are looking for more like-minded individuals to join us in our efforts!
Job Title: Retail Supervisor
Job Scope
At MOTHERHOUSE, we focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.
As one of the key members of our retail team, you will engage closely with customers while supporting daily store operations and team coordination. As our brand storyteller, you are passionate about sharing our products, craftsmanship, and brand philosophy with customers.
You will help create a comfortable shopping environment while supporting sales performance, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day retail operations
Engage customers and provide excellent customer service
Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
Support store operations, stock coordination, and inventory management
Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation
Support staff coordination and training
Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping duties
Able to work on retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (rotating shift)
Requirements
Experience in retail or customer service preferred
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and customer experience
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
