Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Achieve week-wise secondary sales volume and value for Digital Locks
- Promote schemes for Digital Locks
- Plan store-wise and launch NPI/NPD of Digital Locks
- Network with contractors associated with retailers for Digital Locks
- Generate business from Premium Experience Stores:
- Create sales plan for PES based on customer profile and competitive scenario
- Placement of Digital Locks at PES
- Enhance branding and visibility at PES stores
- Train RSMs of PES on Digital Locks
- Market Coverage:
- Cover A and B class stores and convert A- and B- stores
- Create PJP and route plans for self and DSIs; monitor as per sales force effectiveness norms
- Ensure route feasibility and contiguity

- On-board system integrators as direct company business partners
