Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper display and organization of merchandise in the store.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash payments if required.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Keep track of stock levels and inform the store manager for replenishment.
- Stay updated on new products, offers, and promotions.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 / Graduation in any discipline
