This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive specializing in footwear at Volar Fashion's Mumbai location. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining product knowledge to meet sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves organizing merchandise displays, tracking customer preferences, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

• Demonstrated skills in Retail Sales and Sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build trust and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
• Experience in Relationship Building to establish and maintain long-term client connections
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in footwear or fashion retail is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales are a plus
