Job Description: Retail Sales Executive (Electronics / Premium Brands)
Location: Multiple Locations, Kochi
Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month
Work Timings: Rotational Shifts
Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented
Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Kochi. You will be the face of our premium electronics brands, responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving store performance and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Store Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert product demonstrations, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and product displays are aesthetically pleasing, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines to attract customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
- Handle Customer Queries: Provide high-quality service by addressing customer questions, resolving complaints, and offering technical product support with a professional attitude.
- Training Assessment: Participate in mandatory sales training. Please note that a performance assessment will be conducted following the initial training period to ensure service standards are met.
Candidate Profile- Education: Must be a Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 04 years of experience in retail sales (Experience with electronics or premium brands is a plus).
- Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotational shifts.
- Basic understanding of consumer electronics and technology trends.
