assisting customers, driving store sales, maintaining store presentation, and delivering an

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable sports and fitness products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Deliver a positive and engaging in-store experience.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and new product launches.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue.
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain good knowledge of activewear, footwear, and fitness accessories.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers confidently.
- Store Presentation
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Support visual merchandising activities according to company guidelines.5. Inventory Support
- Assist in stock replenishment and ensure product availability on the floor.
- Support stock checks and inventory management processes.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the store team to achieve daily and monthly store targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and operational standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of retail or sales experience (activewear or apparel preferred).
- Passion for sports, fitness, and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
