*Job Description*

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to be part of our retail team. In this role, you will assist walk-in customers, understand their preferences, and guide them in selecting the best furniture and home dcor solutions for their needs.

*Responsibilities:*

Welcome and engage with walk-in customers in the showroom Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products Provide detailed product information and explain features/benefits Achieve individual and store-level sales targets Ensure proper product display and maintain showroom standards Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business

*Requirements:*

Experience: 02 years (freshers can also apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven and customer-focused attitude Interest in furniture, interior design, or home dcor industry is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

*Work Schedule:*

6 days working(DAY shift ) (1 rotational weekly off; weekends are working days)
