Retail Sales Executive

Location: Lavendar

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,500 per month + commission (based on performance)

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to promote and sell premium Moutai products at our retail outlet. The successful candidate will provide professional product recommendations, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in the food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, or premium beverage industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Moutai and other premium liquor products to clients

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Provide professional product recommendations and excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Manage sales enquiries, process orders, and follow up on deliveries, payments, and after-sales support.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

• Participate in product tasting events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to management to support business growth and sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports as required.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, wine and spirits, or related customer-facing roles.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Presentable, proactive, and result-oriented personality

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
