Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Handling (Walk-in Sales):
  • Attend to walk-in customers at the retail store, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable broadband and cable plans.
  • Product Promotion & Sales:
  • Promote GTPL KCBPL services, explain plans, pricing, speed benefits, and ongoing offers to drive conversions.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-up:
  • Capture customer inquiries, generate leads from store visitors, and follow up for conversion.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for new connections, upgrades, and add-on services.
  • Customer Experience Management:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt service, query resolution, and professional behavior.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling:
  • Promote additional services such as OTT bundles, higher-speed plans, and value-added services.
  • Billing & Documentation:
  • Assist customers with documentation, KYC processes, and coordinate for service activation.
  • Store Maintenance:
  • Maintain cleanliness, branding visibility, and proper display of promotional materials at the retail outlet.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
