Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to manage retail sales operations, build strong relationships with store partners, and drive consistent sales growth across assigned outlets. This role focuses on store-level execution, product visibility, stock management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day retail sales operations across assigned stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store staff.
  • Ensure product availability, correct placement, and visibility within retail outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective store execution and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and issue resolution.
  • Track sales performance and maintain daily and monthly sales records.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in retail sales or store-level sales roles.
  • Graduate or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer buying behavior is required.
  • Comfort with regular store visits and on-ground execution is essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for dealing with retail partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets, follow schedules, and meet sales objectives is important.
  • Basic knowledge of sales reporting and documentation is required.
