Role Overview

At Nish Hair, we are committed to delivering a bespoke, high-touch client experience that reflects the standards of a premium beauty brand.

This role is designed for individuals who understand that luxury retail is not transactional, but experiential. You will be responsible for curating personalised consultations, guiding clients toward the most suitable solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality, care, and attention to detail.

As a Hair Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating the in-store journey by combining client advisory, product expertise, and refined service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Consultation & Advisory

  • Deliver tailored consultations by understanding each client's unique preferences, concerns, and lifestyle
  • Recommend comprehensive, solution-oriented offerings aligned with individual needs

2) Product Expertise & Application

  • Demonstrate products on clients and provide in-depth knowledge, including usage, care, and styling techniques
  • Guide clients through hands-on product trials, ensuring clarity, comfort, and confidence in their final selection

3) Sales Excellence

  • Drive sales through a consultative and service-led approach
  • Enhance transaction value through thoughtful cross-selling and curated recommendations

4) Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Provide a warm, discreet, and attentive service experience at all times
  • Build lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat engagement

5) Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

  • Ensure the retail space consistently reflects a premium, well-curated environment
  • Maintain high standards of product presentation in line with brand guidelines

6) Inventory Management & Stock Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability at all times
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely replenishment and stock planning
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and organisation of products in line with brand and quality standards

Requirment

  • Excellent communication skills with a refined and professional approach
  • Strong sense of personal presentation and grooming
  • Ability to build trust and guide clients with confidence and credibility
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience of minimum 2 years in luxury retail, beauty, or premium customer service environments
  • Familiarity with consultative selling or client advisory roles is advantageous
  • Candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in the beauty industry will also be considered
