Location: CBD Area
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2,000 Fixed Monthly + Sales Commission
Working Hours: 44 Hours Per Week | Retail Roster

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and introduce luxury timepieces to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Provide professional and attentive customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain a customer network to support sales opportunities.
Attend and assist with corporate events, customer events and boutique activities.
Work closely with team members to achieve boutique sales and customer service objectives.
Maintain boutique housekeeping, product presentation and service standards.
Support the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
Relevant retail sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a senior appointment.
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on roster.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
