Responsibilities
- Engage customers to identify their jewellery preferences and provide tailored product recommendations
- Promote and sell a diverse range jewellery to meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment to enhance customer experience
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and supporting timely replenishment
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve showroom sales goals and maintain operational standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in jewellery or retail sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet sales targets
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability to work six days a week, including weekends and public holidays
