Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized to enhance customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer service experience or background is a plus but not mandatory.
