Top-10 Retail is the largest retail chain in Mumbai with over 90 stores across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. Holding 10-12% market share in the mobile phone sector, we have recently expanded into the business of TVs and Laptops.

Job Description:
As a Retail Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for the operational and non-office-based roles in the retail sector. These include positions such as store associates, stock handlers, delivery personnel, and other frontline workers who are crucial to the smooth functioning of our retail operations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the staffing needs across retail locations.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and fit with the company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide feedback to both hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure that the recruitment process is tracked in the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct reference checks, background verification, and other pre-employment processes.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions, job ads, and interview questions tailored to specific retail roles.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other outreach activities to source a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail industry or for operational roles.
- Experience with recruiting for retail roles (store associates, delivery staff, warehouse personnel, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, Job Hai, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to assess candidate suitability for operational roles and retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A proactive approach to sourcing and problem-solving.
