The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various premium retail and luxury retail positions, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our business needs.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various retail positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate database for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification of candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in India.
