We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad (Kondapur). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various premium retail and luxury retail positions, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various retail positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update candidate database for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification of candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires and ensure a smooth transition.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in India.
