Retail Project Manager

Experience: 5–10 years in retail store projects or commercial interior fit-outs

Role overview

Manage new store openings, renovations and relocations from planning through handover. Own the project schedule, budget, vendors and quality of execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, project budgets, timelines and execution plans.
• Obtain quotations, compare costs, negotiate with vendors and appoint turnkey contractors.
• Coordinate drawings, civil work, interiors, electrical, HVAC, signage and other site requirements.
• Conduct site visits and track progress, workmanship and safety.
• Coordinate with mall teams, landlords, contractors and internal departments to resolve delays.
• Verify vendor bills, manage approved changes and control project costs.
• Close snag lists and hand over completed stores to the Retail Operations team.

Preferred profile

Experience delivering multiple retail or commercial fit-out projects, with strong knowledge of BOQs, vendor management, site execution and cost control.
