Role Summary
The Retail Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of retail fixture, display, shop-in-shop, and store fit-out projects across India. The role involves managing project timelines, client expectations, quality standards, vendors, logistics, installation teams, and project profitability to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from handover to final installation and closure.
- Drive end-to-end retail fixture execution / Turnkey stores across India.
- Coordinate with clients, design, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Monitor manufacturing, dispatch, installation, and site execution activities.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and installation partners across regions.
- Handle client communication, progress updates, and escalations.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with approved drawings and brand guidelines.
- Track project costs, billing, collections, and profitability.
Requirements
- 5–12 years of experience in Retail Project Management, Retail Fixtures, Store Rollouts, Shop-in-Shop, POSM, or Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects across India.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits.
Preferred Industry Experience
Retail Fixtures, Commercial Interiors, Store Development, Shop-in-Shop Execution, POSM, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Fit-Out Projects.
- Key Objective: Deliver high-quality retail fixture and store execution projects across India while ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and on-time delivery.
