We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of retail projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in project management in the retail industry in India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the established time frame and budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards are met and project deliverables are completed on time
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on time
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential retail projects and develop proposals
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in project management in the retail industry in India
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
