Role Summary

Manage end-to-endPMC site executionto ensurequality, safety, timelines, and coordinationfor retail store delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Common (All Disciplines)

Site supervision, contractor coordination, daily monitoring & reporting (DPR/weekly plan).

QA/QC checks, snagging/punch list closure, and handover readiness.

Material planning, measurements, RA/billing verification support.

Ensure site safety compliance, housekeeping, and documentation.

Civil / Interior

Fit-out execution: partitions, plaster/putty, waterproofing, flooring/tiling, painting, false ceiling, faade/signage coordination.

Coordinate civil readiness for MEP openings/sleeves/cut-outs.

Electrical

Conduits/cabling, DBs/panels, lighting, power, earthing; coordinate ELV (CCTV/data/access control).

T&C: IR/continuity/earthing tests and functional checks.

Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing/FF)

HVAC (VRF/Split/Ductable), piping/drainage/ventilation/exhaust; plumbing & firefighting coordination as applicable.

T&C: pressure testing/flushing/leak testing/performance checks.

Candidate Requirements

310 years inRetail Fit-out / Fast-track Rollout

Strong coordination + reporting skills (Excel)

Drawing reading capability; AutoCAD understanding preferred

Immediate/short notice joiners preferred

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech inCivil / Electrical / Mechanical(as applicable)
