Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate Retail Projects, you will support the end-to-end execution of retail store projects, ensuring timely launches, adherence to brand standards, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding vendors for store fit-outs and maintenance.
- Coordinate the implementation of retail identity elements, ensuring consistency across locations.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure store openings align with scheduled fit-out periods.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall/high street guidelines.
- Track project budgets, aiming to maintain capital expenditures within allocated per square foot costs.
- Support the repair and maintenance activities for existing stores and shop-in-shop setups.
- Maintain effective communication with mall management and engineering teams.
- Prepare and present periodic project updates and reports to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in retail project management within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
- Exposure to both corporate and startup environments is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
