Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Pharmacy Manager, located in Chennai. Responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy operations, managing pharmacy staff, improving the sales, ensuring compliance with prescriptions and healthcare regulations, and monitoring immunization practices. The Retail Pharmacy Manager will ensure optimal performance of the pharmacy, maintain quality standards, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management
- Proficiency in managing and supervising Pharmacy Technicians
- Knowledge and experience in handling Immunization protocols and processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a high-pressure healthcare environment
- Licensed Pharmacist with a degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy management is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
