Description

A Retail Partner (RP) at Bajaj Life Insurance LTD is an agency role focused on business development, lead generation, and team leadership. The core responsibility is to recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Consultants (ICs) to drive insurance sales.

Responsibilities

Team Building: Actively recruit and interview individuals to build a team of insurance agents.
Training & Mentorship: Guide, train, and motivate your team to sell life insurance products.
Sales Generation: Manage personal sales targets while also overseeing the business generated by your team.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners across India
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the retail network
Assist in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements
Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional strategies for retail partners
Conduct training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Prepare reports on partnership performance and market trends

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Any Insurance Company or in business development position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze market trends and partner performance metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Understanding of retail operations and merchandising strategies
Bachelor's degree in any field.
