Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Executive to manage and streamline daily store operations, ensure smooth coordination between stores and headquarters, and drive operational efficiency across retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with store managers for stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand guidelines
- Analyze sales reports and suggest improvements to boost store performance
- Handle vendor coordination and logistics related to store supplies
- Support new store launches and operational setup
- Resolve operational issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular store audits and compliance checks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail management systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
