Retail Operations Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Retail Operations Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee daily operational processes, ensure seamless store functionality, and support sales and customer service initiatives. Responsibilities include managing retail operations, maintaining product availability, analyzing sales data, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members for continuous improvement in store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Retail Operations and strong Sales acumen
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive operational efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills for clear coordination with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
• Previous experience in retail or pharmacy operations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
