Retail Operations Excellence Manager

Role Purpose:

To drive retail business performance, productivity, customer experience, inventory productivity, market growth, and operational excellence across the PAN India retail network through data-driven performance management, business planning, market intelligence, structured governance, and cross-functional execution.

The role will act as a central retail performance and operations excellence function, providing the CRO and Sales leadership with actionable insights across showroom, region, market category, customer, inventory, manpower and marketing performance and driving timely corrective actions with Regional and Showroom teams.

Visual merchandising & showroom excellence

Retail leadership pipeline & Succession

Preferred profile:

Any Graduate with at least 10 years of similar experience from Retail/ Luxury Retail industry.

Expertise in Data warehousing, Retail domain.
