This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Merchandiser, based in Faridabad. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will manage in-store displays and merchandising plans to optimize visual appeal and sales performance. You will monitor stock levels, analyze sales data, and ensure product availability. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to create promotions and working closely with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience. This role also involves maintaining current trends and aligning products with customer demands.

• Strong Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail and Sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of Sales & Marketing principles and strategies
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed merchandising decisions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment
• Prior experience in fashion or sustainable products is a plus
